How to add a logo to an email signature in your email clients?

Adding a logo to an email signature isn’t difficult at all, but it also depends on what email client you use. Now let’s have a closer look at how to add a logo using Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, and AOL.

Gmail

The process of adding a logo in a Gmail signature is rather simple and intuitive. If you already have a Gmail signature, you can use it and simply add a logo. In case you don’t, you can create the signature.

To do that:

  • open your Gmail account;
  • select “Settings” from the menu (right-click the gear icon in the upper-right corner);
  • In the “General Tab,” you’ll be able to see the Signature form. Click it, and then add all the information you would like to see in all your emails (your full name, position in the company, phone number, etc.)

You can choose various fonts, highlight some parts of the text, and make other settings until the signature looks appealing to you. Once you are done with this, it’s time to add a logo to your Gmail signature. Here’s how you can do it:

Use insert image option in email signature settings

  • open your Gmail account;
  • go to the Menu and choose “Settings”;
  • go to the signature area (make sure that the button is selected next to your email address);
  • put the cursor exactly where you would like your image to appear;
  • in the signature editor menu, choose the option “Insert image”;
  • after you see a dialogue box “Add an Image,” you can add the image using different methods.
