How to add a signature to PipeDrive

Pipedrive is one of the most popular CRMs among small businesses and teams to manage their customer communication. If you are one of the happy users, who want to improve their emails using signatures, just follow the steps below.

Option 1

Step 1

  • Log in email signature generator
  • Add your contact details
  • Customize the fonts 
  • Upload the company logo or personal photo
  • Add social media links
  • Choose the template
  • Decide on the color scheme 
  • Upload a promo banner and a CTA or choose a preset

  • Click ‘Copy and proceed’

Step 2

Open your Pipedrive CRM, go to the ‘Mail menu,’ and click ‘Compose’ a new email.

Step 3

Click the ‘Signature’ option in the bottom right corner.

After that, your email signature was successfully created and saved. It will automatically appear in every Compose mail prompt in Pipedrive. Any changes to the body of the emails signature while composing an email will apply only to the specific email message.
