Volodymyr Zastavnyy is a SaaS founder, marketer, and entrepreneur with 10+ years of experience building and scaling digital products.
In 2015, he founded Newoldstamp after identifying a challenge with managing branded email signatures across a company. He built the product from a bootstrapped MVP into a global SaaS business and later successfully exited Newoldstamp.

Volodymyr has been building SaaS products since 2015, with a focus on email signatures and digital communication.
He founded Newoldstamp, an email signature management platform, and later founded MySignature. He is currently the Founder & CEO of Solva, a Ukrainian multi-product technology company.
As CEO of Newoldstamp, he helped grow the company to more than $1M in ARR and millions of organic website visits annually. Newoldstamp was acquired by BlackPearl Group in 2022, after which Volodymyr joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer and continued managing the Newoldstamp business.
