Create and customize your Outlook signature using NEWOLDSTAMP Editor.
NOTE: Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser to copy/paste the signature into Outlook mail. Safari will change the signature code so it won’t work properly.
After you have created your NEWOLDSTAMP signature follow these simple steps to set it up in Outlook.
Select Outlook tab below the Signature preview.
Click on Select button and copy your signature to Clipboard (Ctrl+C or Command+C)
Go to your Outlook and Compose a New Email.
Go to Message Tab and click on Signature –> Signatures.
Click New and give name to your signature.
Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box using Right Click and choose the “Keep Source Formatting” paste option:
Click OK to confirm the changes and to complete the process.
Congratulations! Now you will see you new signature in every email you send with Outlook.
