Create and customize your Outlook.com signature using NEWOLDSTAMP Editor.
NOTE: Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser to copy/paste the signature into Outlook. Safari will change the signature code so it won’t work properly.
After you have created your NEWOLDSTAMP signature follow these simple steps to set it up in Outlook.com.
Click on Select button and copy your signature to Clipboard (Ctrl+C or Command+C).
Go to your Outlook.com and in a right top corner click on Mail Settings → Options.
In the left sidebar choose Layouts → Email Signature
Click the checkbox near “Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose”
Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Ctrl+V or Command+V) and Save.
Important: When you Paste your signature it may look like a blank image with wrong text. It’s OK. Compose a new email to see your new signature.
Congratulations! Now you will see your new signature in every email you send with Outlook.com.
