Create and customize your Outlook for Mac signature using NEWOLDSTAMP Editor.
NOTE: Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser to copy/paste the signature into Outlook. Safari will change the signature code so it won’t work properly.
After you have created your NEWOLDSTAMP signature follow these simple steps to set it up in Outlook for Mac.
Select Outlook for Mac below the Signature preview.
Click on Select button and copy your signature to Clipboard (Command+C).
Go to your Outlook and Compose a New Email.
Go to Message Tab and click on Signature → Edit Signatures…
Click the + icon to add a new signature and give it a name.
Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Ctrl+V or Command+V)
When the signature is installed but looks a bit distracted, click on the small Clipboard that popped up and select the “Keep Source Formatting” option.
Important: Make sure to send a test message to make sure the signature works fine. Sometimes it may still look weird in the Signature options tab.
Congratulations! Now you will see your new signature in every email you send with Outlook for Mac.
