How to install a signature in Apple Mail?

Create and customize your Apple Mail (Mac Mail) signature using NEWOLDSTAMP Editor.

NOTE: Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser to copy/paste the signature into Apple mail. Safari will change the signature code so it won’t work properly.

After you have created your NEWOLDSTAMP signature follow these simple steps to set it up in Apple Mail.

Step 1.

Select Apple Mail tab below the Signature preview.

Step 2.

Click on Select button and copy your signature to Clipboard (Command+C).

Step 3.

In Apple Mail Click on Preferences ( Choose Mail –> Preferences –> Signatures)

Choose Google to add the signature to all accounts OR choose a specific account.

Click the + icon to add a new signature and give it a name.

Step 4.

Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Ctrl+V or Command+V).

Important: When you Paste your signature it may look like a blank image with wrong text. It’s OK. Compose a new email to see your new signature.
